The rental price
of your holiday villa will depend upon the time of year you want to take
your vacation. The price you pay is for the home and not per person. The
period of school summer holidays from mid-July to early September, Christmas,
New Year and Easter are generally high season and rental levels will accordingly
be higher.

The welcome pack is designed to provide basic necessities to tide you over until
you can get to the supermarket, e.g. a night-time arrival. A small quantity
of other requisites (not a full shop) can be purchased on your behalf and will
be charged at cost.

Maid service is carried out between letting's but can be arranged for an
additional charge during your stay. The charge will depend upon what is
required but one full clean, including change of bed linen, will be US$85
or £50 for each
service.

Local calls are free of charge. Long distance
and international calls have to be made through the operator and charged
to a credit or charge card or with a pre-paid telephone card. Local calls
are generally those with the area code 863 but some calls to other area
codes, eg calls to certain 407 numbers may be treated as local calls
